Trio-Tech HAST System
(Highly Accelerated Stress Test)

The Trio-Tech HAST System is designed to evaluate the reliability of plastic-encapsulated ICs and other microelectronic devices under high-humidity conditions. By applying extreme levels of temperature, humidity, and electrical bias (or non-bias), the system accelerates moisture penetration through external protective materials such as encapsulants or seals. This enables rapid assessment of long-term reliability and environmental durability in a controlled test environment.

The Centrisafe Series is a microprocessor-controlled centrifugal accelerator designed for high-speed, constant acceleration testing of electronic components under a wide range of “G” forces. It is ideal for evaluating the mechanical integrity of integrated circuits in bulk fixture form and is capable of identifying issues such as wire-bond and die-attach failures, poor lead attachments, and compromised seals in hermetic packages.

This system enables testing at acceleration levels that are not achievable through conventional methods such as tumbling, vibration, or high-shock testing, making it a critical tool for advanced reliability screening.

ARTIC TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED WAFER CHUCKS

The Artic TC series of temperature-controlled wafer chucks are used for test and characterization of semiconductor wafers and other components at hot and cold temperatures.

Several models are available with temperature ranges from -65 degrees C to + 400 degrees C. Chucks are available in 4,6-,8- and 12-inch diameters. These systems offer several design features which provide excellent performance to meet the most demanding customer applications.

            The Chemical-Free Revolution for Cooling Tower Water Treatment !

            DCI is a revolutionary system that automatically eliminates scale, prevents corrosion, and controls bio-fouling in cooling water circuits. It offers a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable alternative to traditional chemical treatments.

            Conventional method uses eco unfriendly 100% chemical approach. But scale deposits still build up on heat exchanger tubes, pipes and cooling towers which will then require hazardous chemical cleaning and waste disposal. The blow-down containing chemicals from cooling tower pollutes the waterways. On the other hand, pseudo scientific Non-Chemical Devices yield unsatisfactory results.

            This compromised situation cannot be solved by continuing the same practice. This is why eco friendly DCI System enhanced by CataGreenTM (CG) is now introduced to circumvent the problems of the above approaches.

            The Ultimate Solution to Scaling, Corrosion & Fouling Problem!

            DCI empowered by CG, removes scales by electrolysis
            according to:
            – Ca2+ + HCO3 ֿ + OH ֿ = CaCO3 + H2O
            – Mg2+ + 2OH ֿ = Mg(OH)2

            The main scaling culprits in water system i.e. Mg2+ and Ca2+ are dissolved from the pipes, heat exchanger and cooling tower, deposited on cathodes, dislodged and blown down automatically. Disinfectant is also produced. Anti-scalant, biocides and corrosion inhibitor are no longer needed. CataGreenTM and DCI act in concert to provide a CHEMICAL FREE APPROACH! In addition, hard, glass-like SiO2 scale can now be removed and prevented.

            CataGreenTM (CG)- A proprietary non chemical device functions in series with the DCI descaling system to manage micro-organisms at safe levels in evaporative cooling systems, eliminating the need for handling of hazardous chemical biocides.

            It also disinfects the Heterotrophic and Legionella bacteria to < 100,000 and < 10 cfu/ml respectively

            DCI dissolves the existing scales from the pipe, cooling tower and heat exchanger and prevents further scale formation (due to evaporation) continuously.

            DCI limits corrosion by removing the Dissolved Oxygen (lowers ORP) and creates an alkaline pH environment.

            DCI’s proprietary non-chemical CataGreenTM disinfects water to prevent bio-fouling, algae, heterotrophic and Legionella bacteria.
